Podium has an incredible product market fit. The more I invest into Podium and put in effort, Podium has invested into me with roles, responsibility, and pay. Podium does require a high level of effort but will reward those that make the effort.

I've always gravitated towards sales roles in my professional career because for the most part, if you align yourself with the right company & product, your success is in your hands. Jumping into Podium with zero Saas experience was a scary move for me, but with the mentorship of my leaders and some grit and dedication I was able to make Founder's Club my first year. Podium has a great product that makes a giant impact in people's businesses. If you apply yourself and take accountability of your success, you will be rewarded. Really confused reading some of the reviews, especially those who make claims about a lack of diversity and career limitations if you are not a "bro". I'm a female and a person of color and I have never once felt excluded, discriminated against or felt as though I did not have growth opportunities. In fact it's been quite the opposite. Meritocracy is the only thing that matters here.
