      Fantastic Product, your team usually has great and smart people, good benefits

      Cons

      Upper management is an absolute disaster and is constantly making massive structural changes that make no sense, don't work, and then they fire everyone involved when it doesn't work EXCEPT for the upper leader who's idea it was. They take zero advice from anyone and do what they want. Look at LinkedIn and you can see everyone is leaving in droves this past year and the people leaving are the A players who built the company. Lower on the pay side compared to other companies I really hope they turn it around cause I loved what Podium used to be

      Pros

      I work with a great team, the product is fun, still quite a bit of opportunity to move up.

      Cons

      WFH had been handled poorly, employees are being forced back into the office during record-breaking pandemic numbers, Covid safety is not enforced at the office, and the leadership isn't following the guidelines either. Leadership seems very focused on future share valuations instead of current compensation.
