Pros

Beautiful new building, just built a gym on site, free snacks. The culture is laid back and casual. Everyone works extremely hard and wants the company to be successful. I really trust the vision of the leadership team and where they are taking the company. They are genuine and have the right priorities.

Cons

It's a super fast growing company with some growing pain along the way. Figuring out how to keep the start up feel as the company reaches over 200 employees. Can sometimes feel chaotic. Benefits are getting better and better each year, but there are still some perks that should be added if they want to retain strong talent in the area.

Pros

The checks clear so far Pristine unused collaborative spaces, agents always at desks.

Cons

No real chance of moving up beyond phony "promotions". Tethered to the desk to have the same conversation with the same people repetitively. Non employees make more money per lead than agents do per sale. Constant micromanagement that is consistently contradictory. Morale level akin to a collapsed coal mine. Frequent need to clean up messes caused by lack of training. Message from management that they are always watching you, waiting to pounce on mistakes, thus leading to the feeling I'm sure Winston Smith felt while being sent to room 101.
