Pros
This company is building an elite team of professionals, with hopes of growing the business to be nationwide eventually. Because the organization is somewhat "young", the corporate culture is still maturing and there is opportunity for everyone in the company to help cultivate the culture they wish to work in. There are so many opportunities with this company and over the next few years there is no telling what new opportunities will become available. Strong leadership combined with a unique and valuable business model create huge upside for anyone committed to putting their best efforts and skills into helping DealerPolicy reach its potential success.
Cons
Because it is a new and unique model, there are a lot of changes that can happen and plans sometimes change, and then change again shortly after. Employees at all levels of the organization experience these changes in different ways, but the point is anyone working here should be prepared to be dynamic and expect processes, roles and timelines to change until the company matures and nails down more permanent protocols/day-to-day operating activities. This isn't necessarily a "con"... it keeps things exciting and the quick adjustments to the structure or processes in the company are necessary for the business strategy and for our continued growth.
