Pros

Sadly, no Pros for working here. We need manufacturing in America but this company runs like the Chinese government. They own you, and they let you know it!

Cons

I was a computer programmer and every day was miserable. To make matters worse, a technically ignorant manager that survived meetings by talking in circular logic and vagueness. You had to sort things out yourself, and if successful, your manager got a pat on the back. Good For You!! Whoo Hooo! All this for sub market pay scale.

Pros

Pay is off the hub and every driver receives the same relatively high cpm rate. Stable family-owned company in a stable industry (plastics). Plenty of miles for those who want them. Minimal restrictions on home time: as long as you average 2000 miles/week you can take as much as you want. Liberal out-of-route policy: for any given load, drivers are allowed to drive out-of-route up to 10% of the number of in-route miles on the load.

Cons

Company still uses paper logs and dispatches its loads over the phone. Can sometimes be difficult to get home on the date requested.
