The culture of the company, the teamwork mentality is unmatched, the ability to see the outcomes from the care you're providing and actually spend time talking to with patients in a meaningful way

Cons

It's a newer company so there's a lot of moving parts and things are constantly being iterated to improve clinical and patient experience. You've got to be flexible.

Never have I worked in an organization that attracts such smart, mission-oriented people. Every person at Pomelo is kind, collaborative, and dedicated to working hard to achieve our mission of improving maternal outcomes and reducing disparities. I skip to work every morning (virtually), excited to tackle new problems with such a bright and inspiring team.

Cons

Can't think of any! Truly the best place I've ever worked, and it all comes back to an incredible mission and people.

Cons
