You can work remotely and you'll receive a newer MacBook.

Cons

This job will suck any happiness out of you. You are mislead on the actual position instead you'll harass pregnant women to sign up for pomelo by making hundreds of calls a day. You're given very little support and pressured to meet daily enrollments goals. Additionally, every minute of your day is tracked including breaks and lunch. This position and company should be avoided at all costs unless you are desperate for a paycheck.

This place is doing amazing work for patients-patients are highly satisifed and the coworkers are a dream.

Cons

Last minute benefits change, pay is low, they expect you to work long hours and they will change your schedule without notice. Micromanaging your PTO, micromanaging your lunches.

- Best part: Smart colleagues that seem to all be here for the right reasons. - High agency. Most people's roles have a pretty large scope and rarely will someone tell you what to do. I find that motivating today, but I would have struggled with it a few years back in my career. - Good remote culture and WLB. - CEO and leadership feel approachable. - Focus on Medicaid patients is very inspiring.

- Comp is good/OK, not great.
