Pros

Pomelo Care is really living out its incredible mission of improving the lives of moms & babies. The care team is amazing, and the talent across the board is second to none. Everyone is truly kind, collaborative, and always willing to help each other. The pace is fast but rewarding because it makes you feel like you're accomplishing a lot every week. Leadership is inspiring and impressive and I love working at a company led by strong, smart, and thoughtful female leaders. There's also a focus on work/life balance and I never feel judged or penalized if I need to step out to manage something in my personal life.

Cons

No cons I can think of but Pomelo does move at a faster pace than other places I've worked, which I think of as good thing but can be challenging if you're not used to that. There's always a lot of (positive) change because of how fast we're growing, which is motivating at a startup.
