Terrible Place to Work, Avoid if at all possible.

Worse place I have ever worked for. Employees help renew huge enterprise contracts only to have raises not negotiated within the new contract. Haven't had a yearly review in over 1 and 1/2 years. Company sends out email flyers regarding growth and record profits yet no one can get raises and 401k contributions have been completely stopped! Unable to recieve proper tools to do the job, can't get a simple decent set of screw drivers between 4 techs. Constant increase in responsibilities from the time your hired but again no compensation. Worse moral I have ever experience at a work place.

I am between IT jobs and was offered a few one-off jobs of 4 hours each paying a small fraction of my regular bill rate. I was glad to have even a few hours of work these days

Cons

I spent far more time trying to deal with their antique payroll and expense reporting systems than I actually spent working there. Would you believe they still use Novell for their LAN? Thankfully, the company was recently bought out by a California firm and maybe some changes will be in store.
