      No regard for home/work life balance. Cannot retain employees. Always in putting out fires mode due to poor management. Managers always in meetings with customer, inaccessible. many 70 to 90 hour work weeks due to overbudget, understaffing and management tells you to and I quote "suck it up" Management does not care about anything except the company's bottom line. Does not know how to quote certain types of work and overcommits to the customer by not enforcing the signed contract. Allows the customer to "run over" employees. Do not go to work for this company unless you love misery.

      Lack of supervision and micromanagement

      Worse place I have ever worked for. Employees help renew huge enterprise contracts only to have raises not negotiated within the new contract. Haven't had a yearly review in over 1 and 1/2 years. Company sends out email flyers regarding growth and record profits yet no one can get raises and 401k contributions have been completely stopped! Unable to recieve proper tools to do the job, can't get a simple decent set of screw drivers between 4 techs. Constant increase in responsibilities from the time your hired but again no compensation. Worse moral I have ever experience at a work place.

      Pros

      They move fast. You could interview for a contract and be working there the next day. Pomeroy appears to have relationships with a lot of companies in the central Ohio area. The pay is good... when they decide to finally pay you.

      Cons

      You may or may not be working for free. The management has no clue what is going on and contracts get dropped suddenly with little to no warning to you. You could be working on-site for three or four months when suddenly you show up one day and are told you know longer work there. When you call your team lead you may find out that they knew for a month and never said anything. Good luck getting paid.
