- Perks continually improve - Great peers/colleagues - Lots of training resources - Flexible Schedule - I feel cared for/have made long lasting relationships

Cons

- Lots of change happens quickly and you must adapt - You have to be very vocal about feedback to be heard

- Great perks, PTO, benefits, stipends - Young feel to the company - All the software that you need

Cons

- Continued to hire people after they said layoffs were not off the table - Look over your shoulder for a replacement that your are outperforming - Funding and actual product success is misleading - Flaunt DEI but there is few minority leaders - Management super robotic during layoffs - Most people do not stay until promotion

Pros

Unbelievably inclusive culture with some of the best people I've ever had the chance to work with. Everybody wants to see everybody succeed, and there's no shortage of help from peers and managers alike. Great benefits, great mentorship, and even better friends will be found here. One of, if not my favorite, company I've ever worked for.

Cons

The training is extensive. I personally found that to be amazing, but some may think differently.
