Truly an incredible place to work

Pros

Culture, super close team, figured out how to create a family atmosphere with a remote company, every one works extremely hard, is highly capable, and refreshingly humble.

Cons

Not really a con, but since it's 100% remote, if remote work isn't for you, Postscript probably isn't for you. I know people want to know more than that in terms of potential draw-backs, but there really aren't any legitimate cons.

Thank you for sharing such a lovely review! We are growing incredibly fast this year and still, our culture and family atmosphere is thriving. This is largely thanks to our wonderful people you highlighted! You are spot on regarding working remotely. It requires strong self discipline and comfort with building relationships via Slack and Zoom which isn't for everyone. For those who are comfortable in this atmosphere, it is highly rewarding! You can work from anywhere, set your day up however you like, take a nap when you need to recharge, create your ideal environment with the $2,000 office stipend Postscript provides, and so much more! So happy you are thriving! -Cailee

Pros

The culture is amazing, my teammates are some of the most brilliant/kind/goofy people I've ever known, and the founders genuinely care about us and our customers. Transparency and feedback are abundant. Work-life balance is unmatched.

Cons

Lots of trial and error, but it is very fun to be part of the process.

Pros

- Very values and mission driven. Care about customers. - Extremely smart team who hold themselves to a high standard - Huge potential in the business (it's growing fast and there's room to advance) - Good management. Capable, transparent, and open to hearing ideas from all places. - Founders care a lot about the team

Cons

It's fully remote, so if you like a bubbly in-person culture Postscript probably isn't for you. However, everyone is nice, collaborates a lot on video calls (US time zones only makes it easy), and we do full team retreats 3 times per year. With those things, plus the in-person onboarding, it's pretty easy to feel connected and have visibility into what others are doing.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback! The environment here at Postscript is one we are very proud of - despite being a fully remote company, our teams are very connected and well-aligned. In addition to video collaboration, in-person onboarding (pre COVID-19 and hopefully again in the near future), and team retreats (same note as in-person onboarding) we also recommend that all employees take some time each week, even if just a few minutes, to set up "coffee chats" with other team members to get to know each other better or just hang out. As we expand our People team, we are mixing in fun monthly company events too (in March we had a company-wide St. Patty's Day trivia event and are currently having a friendly competition for March Madness - NCAA Tournament - with cash prizes for the top winners)! There are many ways we can take these connection opportunities even further and we appreciate your recommendations. Open office hours, social co-working times, and cross-team presentation efforts will continue to be brought to life and expanded! Thanks for keeping it real. -Cailee
