Pros

Gives a great first impression to potential employees and clients. Some benefits, such as 401k, are very good. There is an ability, even in this very large company, to connect to peers through tools offered in house. Training tools for company policies are thorough and helpful.

Cons

Seems more concerned with expansion or acquisitions than quality of employees and products. Plethora of company meetings distract from job focus.

-Company cares about its employees -Teams are synchronous and work together like clockwork -Company culture is positive and tries to keep everyone engaged through company-run events, social media, and team building -Great pay and benefits -High degree of communication throughout company sectors and management

Great work environment and great people. Awesome location.

Cons

Unfortunately after the purchase from Vista Equity benefits from the company tanked. The company also began to pay a lot less than previous. Seems the goal now is to get rid of quality people who get paid well to replace them with young recruits they can pay much, much lower. Sad to have seen the changes after the company went to Vista from Pearson.
