Talking the talk. Management appears to be open to suggestions about technology stack. Appear to be growing, albeit through acquisitions.

Cons

Too new to know if they walk the walk. They started with some immediate downsizing on the day after the acquisition closed. We will see if those people are provided other opportunities.

Cons

Not many I can think of. Lots of sales pressure, but that just comes with the territory.
