Pros doesn’t matter if you dont provide job security and peace of mind to your employees

Cons

Frequent layoffs, you will always be worried about your job here, every few months they do layoffs. Lot of micro management, even they will track your commits, PR reviews, line of code done, they are tracking efforts based on quantity not quality, even after so many micromanagement, they are frequently doing the layoffs, very unstable environment, I wont recommend anyone to join this company.
