Benefits are better than average.

Cons

Leadership & culture are very weak and poor. Most people don’t like each other and frequent back-stabbing is commonplace. Employees are not supported to do their jobs well. Results in a lot of unhappy customers. Which impacts overall revenue for company and employees.
