Most of the people are friendly and nice to work with. Very nice location. Benefits are competitive. Positive growth of company.

Cons

Poor morale, back stabbing, total lack of communication, poor leadership, growing company that is getting in it's own way by thinking small. Too much micro-management by owners.

Great people, good work and highly considerate people.

Cons

Benefits and salary may be less than industry standards since they are very frugal. Make an intelligent choice. I left because the payroll cleck could not get my pay right, but that may have been above her head and abilities and my situation was a one-off - but 8 times. Communication of payroll info is so critical and it did not happen to my demerit.
