I am sorry that you didn't have a good experience working at the company. It seems that our goal of providing a collaborative environment for all employees was not something that you had an opportunity to experience. We will remind our management of the importance of communication with every employee. We appreciate your taking the time to provide the valuable feedback.

Pros

VP of HR is excellent- Michelle Geddes.

Cons

Not able to count employee referrals towards hiring quota- WHAT???? Makes no sense- too many status reports that are done individually & manually- should be using ATS to generate reports- No flexible work schedule. Need to leave desk for lunch. All hours must be worked in office at designated time. Micro managed.

Thank you very much for feedback and positive comments about our VP of HR, Michelle Geddes. We seek to hire the best and brightest into Pragmatics. In order to do that, we have assembled a fantastic recruiting team along with a recruiter bonus structure that rewards hard work and success. As with all of our reward programs we continue to monitor performance and make adjustments as warranted. We understand that not everyone is comfortable working under a structured metrics based incentive program. However, we feel that our bonus structure provides a fair and consistent way to measure, recognize, and reward our recruiting staff.

Prime federal contractor - rampant H-1B fraud

Pros

None. If your an American citizen, your likely to be replaced by cheap foreign labor with the callous abandon of a socio path.

Cons

Replaces american workers with cheap H-1B employees. Quality of service to client is last consideration. Stacks senior resumes in RFQ then replaces them with what amounts to indentured servants from overseas.

At Pragmatics H1-B employees represent less than ½ % of the workforce. We value diversity and make it a priority to engage new and alternative recruitment sources to add to the diversity of our workforce. Integrity is a core value, and we do all that we can to operate with honestly, transparently and compliantly with all Federal, State and Local Laws, related to business and employment.
