Pay for $500 CEU cash back.

Cons

Send employees home if THEY don't have enough work. Don't give back PTO time, even plot so you don't get it. Penalize people for using their own PTO time for being sick.

I have worked in the therapy field for over 12 years and I haven’t found a better company to work for. PTS has a very flexible schedule to meet both professional and personal needs. PTS is always encouraging continued professional growth and education. PTS has a great student program to prepare the next generation of graduates for the health care field. PTS has a very dedicated and knowledgeable management team who go above and beyond to support their employees.
