We have a very robust orientation and clinical training program at PTS. Hopefully any unethical practice or behavior that was allegedly observed was reported to management staff or through our confidential Corporate Compliance Hotline (which we frequently advertise to employees) so that it could be addressed. We take any such reports extremely seriously.
