I have been searching for a rehab company I can be proud to be a part of. One that looks at me as a person, a leader, and an inspiration to others around me, not just a number. I found all of this in PTS and more! My supervisors have always shown me support and respect when addressing areas of improvement and growth. My strengths and abilities as a leader have been acknowledged and encouraged, not squashed for the benefit of others. I've been promoted to a position in which I can do the same for others around me. I feel a sense of satisfaction knowing others feel recognized for their passion to do a great job.
