Pros

Was cool to work from home and the bonus was decent some years.

Cons

They just keep really bad leaders in the company. The changes they made in IT have been detrimental to the company. No cares about actual human beings, just profit. They allow managers to stay that are bullies and nothing is ever done about it. An ok place to work if you are a step and fetcher.

Pros

Used to be a great place to work for. But many moons ago.

Cons

Poor decision making by the leadership. Micromanaging to the extreme by short-sighted mid management. Low-level employees who do the actual work are overworked, underpaid, under appreciated and burnt out. They are given no trust and no respect. The morals of the employees are at their lowest from being constantly tracked, monitored and micromanaged with their newly installed tracking software. Just meeting your daily goals is not enough anymore. You need to be going above and beyond every single day for the company that does not care about your mental health or well-being. Your team leads and managers only care about your production number, pushing you to do more even if you're meeting their unrealistic expectations and goals. They do not care about your mental health and your well-being at all. They have no compassion or empathy for their employees. Removing of the annual employee survey by the management should tell you how bad things have gotten at PBC. Low level nonexempt employees are the ones that got hit the hardest from all the changes the management has made over last a few years.

Pros

Great pay, benefits and work from home flexibility

Cons

There is a significant disconnect between leaders and the rest of the organization especially in IT and HR and customer facing positions. Top down management and favoritism is the norm and has been for many years. Leaders don't listen to employee concerns or ideas on how to improve systems. The culture is broken and dysfunctional and leaders don't want to talk about it.
