Stop making your employees hate their jobs.

Pros

Good benefits. Good times off. Some good discounts, perks for traveling.

Cons

Micro management at its finest. Manager and team leads are incompetent. None of them can actually "do" your job. Contracted workers kept messing up the work, yet managers are working hard to make their veterans employees hate their jobs by micromanagement. Lack of compassion towards employees. Managers are telling employees to turn on each other.

Pros

Good benefits. That’s really about it

Cons

20 an hour is not worth being yelled at because this company cannot get it together. Everything is behind. Has been for months. Seems like absolutely no one cares. Because they aren’t the ones getting yelled at on the phone. If you reach out to other departments they are so so rude. You get pto but barely any time is every available to request a day. You are a number, that’s it. They do not care. New csr classes are always being hired so if a few from a past class don’t make it they don’t care since there are more coming. They don’t care if you understand it or not. As long as you answer the phone and the member doesn’t hear hold music. Very little communication and direction in company. They make the company seem so great in training and as soon as you hit the floor you start to realize how unorganized it is. Your bathroom breaks are timed and counted against your metrics.

Pros

None, Premera pretends to care about its employees and members, but they don't. They are the worst

Cons

Everything, you are disposable and the only thing that matters is whether or not you can sit in a chair, you will get horrible training, then be held accountable for not being able to do the job when honestly you shouldn't have been hired in the first place.
