Pros

There are a few excellent leaders, new and old, trying to do the right things. Lead by example, try new things, admit/celebrate and learn from their mistakes. The industry is in flux and that makes things hard for all. There are however

Cons

A mindset and culture in flux that continues to protect, move around the chairs and tolerate behaviors that are not health. There is old school leadership, like DY, that's been intrusted and done more things negatively and to so many. Yet, for some unknown reason, these behaviors are tolerated and others are push out, asked to leave or leave due to burnout.

Pros

Premera was a good place to work with lots of friendly people. The on site cafe is great and the location on the north end cant be beat. Affordable health insurance for your dependents.

Cons

Large changes right now. Monthly layoffs. lots of insecurity about the future. Annual raises are consistently around 2%. Pay grades have salary ranges but they wont ever let you get much past mid point of the range.

Pros

The majority of the employees are amazing to work with. The strive daily to provide the best care for their members. The company is doing its best to survive this turbulent time in the industry.

Cons

They lack the technology to stay competitive. Without IT support for all the enhancements needed to reduce costs they are struggling financially, quietly laying off large numbers of employees. This places a large burden on those still trying to meet production and financial goals.
