Pros

Great people and co workers who want to work together to resolve problems. Decent benefits for the position and a great focus on the health of the workers through incentive programs.

Cons

Change management could be more effective, although the change management people are great they're only as effective as the support from management. Like many companies IT is still broken up into silos especially between applications and infrastructure, creating more oppourtunites for cross-group collaboration.

Pros

Work life balance, decent pay, understanding taking care of family

Cons

New leadership has their favorites and are taken care of. Infrastructure is a mess and like pulling teeth for any support. Depending on the team, you can skate by doing the absolute minimum and get paid well.

This company is a great place to work! Buisness/causal dress and flex hours in many areas of the company. This company is focused on keeping performance driven employees.

Cons

This company strives for continued improvement; however, any promotions are based on business need. There are not a lot of opportunities for advancement in most areas, but there is a wide range of options for transitions within the company.
