      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Some nice people. Many who think they know far more than they do but are still very nice individuals.

      Cons

      Complete inability in the technology division to translate vision into strategy much less execution.

      Pros

      Premier offers great benefits. 401-K match, bonus, many vacation and sick days.

      Cons

      They are a typical public company. They only care about the bottom line. The executives do not care at all about the employees and force people into retirement or layoff to protect bottom line. They also manipulate public perception to win awards. Promotions are very limited to a select group of employees that will manipulate and lie to their employees and co-workers so they can win those promotions.
