      the GPO side is very good to work with

      Cons

      they are Cap Gemini in disguised. No orientation, no standardized tools, very catty leadership, gossip at all levels. Expect a 90 hour work week, no work life balance.

      - Mission is good (if they can stick to it) - Leaders are great at sales

      Cons

      - Comp not worth it, particularly for high performers who are often over-loaded and burned out. - Execs out of touch with how business is run and consistently punish staff who try to do the right thing for their members. Very few Premier leaders understand basic operations. - Critical resources being redirected to sales and other areas to make money; this is very bad for Premier's customers (who need to reduce costs, not spend more money)
