Pros

I am incredibly grateful to work at a company that appreciates and fosters professional development. The leadership team has helped guide me to my current position, and has fostered and encouraged my growth throughout my tenure. Premier promotes a positive work environment and tries to keep their employees happy and invested by hosting weekly happy hours, unlimited PTO, catered lunches, etc. The company puts an emphasis on giving back to the community and "Premier Promise" is the promise of our time and resources to various charities and organizations. It is amazing working at a company that is based on helping others!

Cons

Premier is in the midst of a high growth period, and with any rapidly changing company there are bound to be some growing pains. We are adjusting processes and procedures to best support the company and employees, however this does result in lack of stability and constant change.

Pros

The biggest highlights of working at Premier include internal leadership development and empowerment to generally do the right thing! For our clients, candidates and internal employees, Premier stands by a motto of doing what is best by the people.

Cons

Start up life! The biggest challenge is in the struggle to keep up with growth and continue to stay on the cutting edge of the recruiting industry at the same time. Must be comfortable jumping in and making it happen. We have a high bar for our internal employees because that is what we expect from ourselves.

Pros

Since I joined Premier, I have learned so many things about agency recruiting, myself and how to work with a variety of personalities. Not only have I gained valuable work experience and knowledge capital, but I have grown as a person. Because Premier is a boutique company, you cannot hide like you may be able to in a larger company. You are able to encounter feedback from all angles and are able to learn a great deal about yourself. This is a huge pro in my book as, if you are not constantly open to learning about how you interact with others then you will not grow personally or professionally. Within this environment, I have been able to foster many working relationships that allow guidance and mentorship. The employees truly care about each other and it feels as if I can come into work everyday and be myself. Premier fosters an amazing open door policy with management. Management is always accessible and able to help you solve problems every step of the way. If you need help, tools and change are put into place right away and I think this is very important for an expanding company.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say.
