Opportunity to work with a prestigious client. Opportunity to become specialized in occupational health. Peer coworkers are professional and dedicated.

Cons

Inadequate staffing. Mandatory overtime, unable to take time off because of staffing. Management communicates poorly or not at all, and often makes false promises to staff. No staff RN input into clinical practice. Health care benefits are poor. Unable to meet patient needs because of lack of staff.

Plenty of open positions to find a career

Cons

Company refuses to pay employees fairly and appropriately. Instead they rather intimidate and coach supervisors on ways to not properly compensate hard working employees. Even going as far as to give remedy reasoning and coaching them on how to shamelessly convince employee's that a 1% raise is all that they deserved. I'm going to go out on a limb and just take a wild guess that managers, DSO's, and Corporate don't have the same compensation concerns. It's no surprise why employees are continously leaving the company. The standard of living in NYC in comparison to the pay rate is by no means reasonable.

Horrible leadership and culture, lacks integrity

Pros

The pay was slightly above median. The facility was nice and the client was great to work with.

Cons

started with Take Care Employers Solutions then through the merger. the leadership was horrible-it's all about self preservation for them. They lie to make themselves look good. Employees are dispensable, and it's totally a revolving door. There is no integrity, just cronyism and the old boys club mentality.
