The good and not so good

Pros

Number one is definitely the flexibility of your work schedule. They offer a wide range of benefits, medical, dental, vision, 401k, and Life insurance, They also provide legal access and counseling at no additional charge. HR is helpful and gets back to you when you have questions Area Manager is also helpful and encouraging

Cons

They don't provide reimbursement for gas or mileage. :( Fast food employees get paid more than I do and have less to worry about, which doesn't give you the best feeling :( The Operations Team can be hit or miss on how helpful they can be. Just depends on who you get. Store managers are not usually happy to see you, and as an "outsider" trying to ask for information, you get the feeling that you are bothering them. Not all, but most.

Pros

Taught me essential tools for sales. Independently running your stores as your own business. Freedom to drive to different store to drive up production. Reimbursement for gas. Turning a group of strangers into family.

Cons

Micromanaging Busy-work for the sake of busy-work, not to drive production. Stress load. Very little work-life balance. Taking calls on days off and practically never off the clock, but not paid on those days.
