      It's flexible to an extent. You're typically working independently.

      Cons

      The mileage reimbursement is only half of what the IRS says to pay & you might as well expect to lose sometimes a quarter of your total mileage even if you do dispute the distance they're easily willing to pay. They claim they want their team safe but will either attempt to bully you into an unsafe situation or will actually set you up to be at least verbally assaulted if not worse. They will also intentionally set you up to get dinged for not doing projects that you've said you won't do because of previous safety issues connected to that project.

      The company operates like a revolving door, where positions are not designed to retain employees or foster long-term employment. It is evident that they prioritize constant turnover by already seeking replacements for representatives before they are even fully trained. The training program, lasting only two days, leaves little time for comprehensive learning and support, creating a sink-or-swim environment. This approach reflects a lack of investment in employee development and suggests a focus on short-term gains rather than building a stable and committed workforce.

      Lack of training , low commission pay, lack of consistency, support cancels your sales without explination
