Pros

Pick you own hours Set Location, unless you are needed elsewhere but you can say no. Easy Jobs Easy Money Easy to use system

Cons

System may be easy to use, however, you get rated out of 5 stars and some times even if you do what you're suppose to you can get marked. Even if something happens that is out of your control. I think this needs to be fixed, I understand its an automatic thing but I have been marked for stuff that was affected due to a prior employee and I'm the one getting penalized. Some stores can't/won't work with you and the questions for certain things need to have a broader definition or range. Having questions with answers like "Manager refused" or "Store does this themselves and would not allow me to" on ALL questions that ask about doing a specific job would be great!

Thanks for your review! While some of the five-star review processes are automated, we do have live specialists that review some of the factors that go into the rating. If you are having issues with your star rating, we encourage you to talk to your manager.

Pros

There is a variety of projects.

Cons

Unlike many other merchandising companies, I am automatically assigned jobs. I far prefer the system utilized by other companies where they post jobs to a job board and I take the ones which I want and can do. The Premium system is problematic as I am sometimes unable to do eight hours in one day and that is sometimes expected. With other companies, I just don't accept a job which I can't do.
