Pros

Great work life balance. Create your own schedule. Basically your own manager. Pay is fair for the work you do. Sometimes the work can be interesting. You can take breaks when you want.

Cons

Seems like their is no opportunity to get promoted into a better position. Raises stop around $15 an hour. Benefits are not great (have to be full-time to get benefits and they do not offer full time for this position), Walmart employees can be very rude sometimes, Customer traffic can get intense and it makes it hard to do you job at certain times, Sometimes certain jobs can be very difficult and can take most of the day, because you are working alone you don't get much help for the harder tasks ( you might get lucky and get help from store associates though). Some jobs are the same every week and the work can feel super repetitive.
