Pros

Some coworkers were decent people trying to survive the chaos. Occasionally flexible scheduling—until you speak up.

Cons

Retaliation is real. After raising concerns about unethical sales practices and questionable leadership behavior, my hours were deliberately cut and my role was quietly posted online before I was terminated—without explanation. Deflection and blame-shifting are the norm. Management deflects responsibility onto frontline employees for systemic issues they refuse to address. Silencing is policy. Speaking out about wrongdoing is met with passive-aggressive punishments, cold shoulder tactics, and ultimately termination. Unrealistic expectations. You’re pressured to push wireless conversions across all carriers—even when customers clearly state a preference. Refusal to do so impacts your hours, reputation, and job security. No HR protection. Concerns brought to leadership vanish into the void or are met with empty corporate-speak. Job insecurity is weaponized. If they don’t like you, they’ll find a way to replace you quietly—and fast.

Pros

Little to no supervision Other than that nothing

Cons

Pay sucks Commission sucks because they do charge backs, so if you sale a phone and someone doesn't pay their bill you get punished for it. Yet these are the people they push you to sell phones to. No chance in advancement unless you are a puppet and conform to "their way or the highway" Managers are rude and never uplifting. Lack of loyalty Lack of training No accountability at all Will seriously cause you to have major anxiety and self worth issues.
