Pros

Plan your own schedule. Great District Mgr.

Cons

Low Pay. Got yelled out for stupid and minut things. Upper Level Management is clueless. In my area, Reps are dropping like flies. No appreciation --- Pay and milage is a joke. You spend hours and hours if free time planning your schedule. Yep Admin Time is on your own time ---you are not paid. Min. Pay should be 16 to 18 and hour. Mileage the IRS --- 70 cents a mile for everyone. Acosta was a great company --- no more. I am sure the reply to this post will be the following " our pay and mileage is in line". Making 11 to 12 an hour is not inline. . Mileage reimbursement is a joke. Wake up!!! Get rid of upper level Management --- who have no clue -- and no people skills.
