Underwhelming Compensation and Culture

Pros

Friendly and dedicated teams, some of the executives are serious about improving culture, reasonable performance evaluation process, good clients, good place to gain experience

Cons

Pay is below market average, don't fully match 401k contributions, no real office culture to bring people together, chances to move up seem limited
