Pros

None to really talk about.

Cons

Puts other people's work in your lap and expects it all on time. Sending you an hour away to do stores. When there are reps in this area. Gave my stuff off my board to a rep an hour away. I hurt my leg for goodness sake. I never been asked how I was even with two brother died back to back and still worked. Got doctor notes to take 4 days a few time and never used them. All I know is I've been without hours for over two months 8 hours do whole week. My star rating is so low. So he says he can't give me no work. But I filled in for a rep this last pass month and this was okay. 4 more month I'll be two years without a raise still at same pay I started. I can sit here and keep going but not helping get my bills paid.

This ex-employee's "con" comments are not accurate......many of Premium's field reps are equipped with a company provided tablet so they can report their work and take pictures in the field. Field reps that do not qualify for a company tablet are paid an Electronic Device Reimbursement when pictures are required to help offset the cost of their cell/tablet/camera...basically whatever device they choose to use to take pictures and/or report their work with. We also provide a Service Order Print allowance for those reps that do not have company provided tablet to help with their print costs. Lastly, all drive time in between stores is compensable time, and if and when additional time is needed due to traffic jams or accidents, etc. our reps have the ability to request additional time.
