Pros

Great Schedule, Great Opportunity to move into the Corporate. If you like talking to people and training small to large group of people, this job is for you.

Cons

Lots and lots of driving. Long reports are due daily for your work. And last minute priorities are a weekly thing.

Pros

Great team of managers and office support with easy accessibility if problems arise while in the middle of an assignment or during reporting via web based reporting system. I also love the flexibility of working from my home office and making my own schedule as well as compensation for time including travel time and mileage.

Cons

At times, assignments may be sparse, but that's with any retail job. I rather enjoy having some time off, so that part of the job can be a plus as well, but could cause issues if you need a steady 40 hour work schedule.

Thanks so much for your feedback! We offer medical and dental benefits to our Full Time employees and Premium Retail subsidizes a good portion of the employees costs. Also the company pays 100% for a Life & AD&D, Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability for all FT employees. For our part time employees that average 30+ hours a week and have a year of service they are offered their choice of a MVP or MEC plan and the company helps subsidizes this coverage too. Those that work less than 30 hours on average or have less than a year services can also elect the MVP or MEC plan but it is not subsidized by the company. We also offer additional benefit offerings through UNUM for all PT employees. Last but not least ALL employees receive a FREE prescription discount card upon hire....many save 50+% on prescriptions with this card.

Was out meeting people, work variety was very good, self-management. At the beginning, manager did reach out to me and made it a point to come see me.

Cons

Manager only contacted me when there was a problem or needed something specific.
