Pros

Flexible schedule, apps easy to use for work.

Cons

Low pay, they ask for feedback on service orders but don't read the feedback, poor communication, lack of sincerity and care for your well-being. They have a high tolerance for harassment/stalking of their employees even though one of their core beliefs is "Doing the right thing means everything. Honesty and transparency are key traits as we build trusted relationships with our teammates, clients and retail partners." They try to coerce you into taking other jobs further out for lesser hours/pay instead of handling the harassment issue. When you try to follow up they tell you to just "assume" they handled things. Even if the police and court systems are involved they don't really care for your safety even though they say they do their lack of actions prove otherwise.

No chance for upward mobility.

Pros

You have some flexibility to schedule store visits the way you want.

Cons

They change the positions that are above field reps every year. They will mislead you about how far they want you to travel. They have gatekeepers who will not allow you to progress from a field rep to those coveted corporate positions where they mostly work from home. No matter what skills or background you have it will not matter.
