The company operates like a revolving door, where positions are not designed to retain employees or foster long-term employment. It is evident that they prioritize constant turnover by already seeking replacements for representatives before they are even fully trained. The training program, lasting only two days, leaves little time for comprehensive learning and support, creating a sink-or-swim environment. This approach reflects a lack of investment in employee development and suggests a focus on short-term gains rather than building a stable and committed workforce.

Cons

Lack of training , low commission pay, lack of consistency, support cancels your sales without explination

The good and not so good

Pros

Number one is definitely the flexibility of your work schedule. They offer a wide range of benefits, medical, dental, vision, 401k, and Life insurance, They also provide legal access and counseling at no additional charge. HR is helpful and gets back to you when you have questions Area Manager is also helpful and encouraging

Cons

They don't provide reimbursement for gas or mileage. :( Fast food employees get paid more than I do and have less to worry about, which doesn't give you the best feeling :( The Operations Team can be hit or miss on how helpful they can be. Just depends on who you get. Store managers are not usually happy to see you, and as an "outsider" trying to ask for information, you get the feeling that you are bothering them. Not all, but most.
