Scam at best!

Pros

Represent some great growing companies.

Cons

1. Not truthful about rates of pay. 2. Do not offer direct deposit. Employees must be paid by Comdata debit card and charged fees. I would bet Premium gets a nice kick back from Comdata on the fees collected. 3. They rate you with stars but, can not tell you the criteria for the ratings. 4. Try to get a question answered is next to impossible.

This company is the worst!

Pros

Nothing positive to say about this company.

Cons

The pay is $7.25 per hour for a merchandiser. Minimum wage! They add on a $2.50 mileage per hour. They schedule stores that are 50-60 miles away from your home. You will lose more money in driving than you actually receive doing the jobs assigned. Do not go over the alloted store time because you will be working for FREE. Management does not explain any work, they send emails all evening and expect you to read them on your own time. You will get an hour for a store call. No time is allowed for emails, printing, getting to the store, entering call information or going through the ridiculous amount of boxes they send by UPS. The boxes contain insects so do not bring them into your home. The management have little people skills and they hire anyone who is there to take the job. No pay for training. No pay for actual mileage, no pay for drive time. No pay for entering call reports online. The district manager sends emails and the rules change from day to day. The management does not care about their employees. You will be treated very bad and there is nothing that will be done to make your employment better. I do not understand why their clients tolerate this behavior.

Pros

Nothing good about at Premium Retail.

Cons

The right hand never knows what the left hand is doing. People being hired today are being paid less money than people hired 4 years ago. They keep taking things away from the reps. There are never any raises given. They make goals impossible to meet; so, they don't have to pay bonuses that have been promised. They are always very last minute with everything. The owners of the company let a certain manager do whatever she wants. The company has absolutely no respect for people who work in the field. Their clients need to make sure they are getting what they pay for because there is talk that they use money from one client for other clients. There is no rhyme for the way store visits are set up. Also, HR does not protect the employee. They protect who they see as the most powerful. This is just an overall horrible company to work for.
