Pros

Pay was okay. Company provided equipment.

Cons

Hours are insane, expected to work 6 or 7 days a week. Highest turnover I've ever seen at all levels, including directors. Micromanagement. Upper management views everyone as a number on a spreadsheet, no human approach. Poor culture, everyone always looking over their shoulder waiting to get fired. High school levels of gossip. They do not stand by what was promised or discussed in the interview process. 0 work/life balance.

Pros

Easy job, hope you get along with your store

Cons

Unorganized management Not giving employees raises because "company needs growth first", yet Chromebooks had their best years in the last two years greatly because of CSSs. PTO system sucks, you have to exhaust all your PTO for things out of your control. (snow storm where you physically cant leave, you have to use your PTO, or if you get a positive Covid test and must quarantine, you have to use your PTO) Even management has acknowledged there is no growth potential, even though thats a "selling point" during the interview process. A LOT MORE. Hopefully Acosta can fix the nightmare that PRS is.
