Flexible hours, management works with you

Cons

Stress to make sales, management will belittle and passively make threats about firing you, extreme micromanagement and manager/district manager will breath down your neck with corrections, lack of training, lots of angry customers, having to sit in car for break, told that straight talk is an enemy and not to be friends with walmart/straight talk workers

Pros

Lots of bonus pay on top of competitive base pay

Cons

Absolutely scummy sales practices. Extremely pushy tactics. Turn over is incredibly high, compared to a normal retail/customer service position. Company culture is entirely focused on pushing every bit of sales up, this includes selling everything possible to customers with no interest in finding out the right product for a potential customer. Management levels above direct supervisors are mythological beings who you'll never speak to. Problems with their sales approach will be dismissed without any dialogue. Also another huge con was being expected to work nearly 80-100 hours regularly a week. This will cause health issues later.

Pros

This company offers NOTHING for their employees and only focus on those in Corporate, ignoring the actual people that keep this company running!

Cons

illegally terminate employees during a pandemic and keep them on the books for 2.5 months falsely claiming wrong doing on behalf of employees and refuses to make right any wrongful doings on their end. Not to mention keep "indefinitely" terminated employees onboard wasting 2.5 months and ignoring them until they no longer cannot.
