Pros

- Detailed training (that you get paid for) - Decent mileage rate - Set your own hours, within a range - Meet lots of people and build business relationships with local stores

Cons

- I do not recommend taking a job outside of a 20 minute drive. It's hardly worth it, gas considered, and they only pay mileage between stores on the same day. You have to carefully schedule yourself in order to make any sort of profit if you commute. - If you don't want to commute... good luck getting hours. Many locations are only serviced once a month. - Management is great! But sometimes, my god, it takes them forever to get back to you! On that note, don't get me started on contacting payroll. Be prepared to wait days for a response. - You are expected to make your quotas regardless of the situation. If it's a dead day in the store, it's very much your fault.

Pros

Premium Retail Services has allowed me and other employees the opportunity to advance their career quickly. I began as an hourly part time merchandiser and have moved through the rankings to upper Management in just a few years. There is plenty of room for growth for anyone with dedication and a good work ethic in this company. Flexible schedules in the merchandising field allow those with other commitments to manage their time and still do a great job in the field while adhering to deadlines for our clients. Many different openings for different types of talents. Sales, Assisted Sales, merchandising, builders, training, management.

Cons

Premium Retail Services only hires the best, most qualified, people to represent them and their clients. From the initial interview with recruiting it is made clear that the expectations of accurate and on time reporting can never be ignored. This is only a "con" for those that do not already exhibit these crucial work standards.

Pros

There was flexibility to a certain extent in scheduling work.

Cons

Pay is deceiving. They say you will be paid $X and they pay mileage but what they don't explain is that mileage is a part of $X and you are basically working for minimum wage and mileage is not actual mileage but a generic number that makes up the difference in hourly wage.
