Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear that you appreciate the flexibility in scheduling. Regarding the hours, it's important to note that they can vary due to factors such as client needs, retailer demands, and other elements of our retail environment. We also encourage reps to speak with their manager if they're able to take on more work.

Bad Management

Pros

You work by yourself with no supervision so it has a laid back vibe. The training on the computer was helpful. The commission is great if you work in a busy store/big city and have full time hours.

Cons

Make sure to ask if the position is full or part time. They made it sound like I will get full time hours and only got like 19. The management isn’t very professional. Depends on where you work probably. But my supervisor literally told me “it’s not fair” that I’m missing work (because I had covid) and that they had a family emergency. Well that sucks and I hate it but you can’t just tell your employee who has covid that missing work “isn’t fair”. I use to manage a store and I never done that. The most I would say to someone missing work is if they are getting close to a write up or termination. Also, my manager wasn’t a good trainer. I learned more on the online classes. Lastly, they never update you on “on sale” stuff. I had to ask every day and it seemed like it irritated them like I’m suppose to know when sales change.

Company is getting worse

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Only Pro anymore is that you can schedule a round your own schedule.

Cons

The company has been making moves which negatively impact employees. They cut the mileage reimbursement in half, it barely covers gas now, and you have to drive everywhere, which means oil changes and maintenance, along with depreciation are now big costs which you will need to cover yourself. The pay is not inline with competition, nor with most places you work at. Now they are capping the electronic reimbursement rate. The company is getting cheaper at the cost of the employees making employees work for less and cutting into all compensation. No longer able to recommend the company. Will be leaving once my 401k is fully vested.
