Terrible place to work for

Pros

Don't give these people a chance. They ask so much out of you but don't give you anything in return.

Cons

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. They have people who actually scream at you and hire people above you that don't know what to do whatsoever.

Pros

No pros at all from this company.

Cons

You are expected to fill the gaps in coverage if need be more than 2-3 weeks in a row without a day off. If you leave a door dark because you need to rest, you will be written up. Unrealistic sales targets during the pandemic when it first started that resulted in even higher turnover from their 150% rate currently. Run for the hills this company does not care about its employees just how long can we get them to work for us before they quit due to burnout or we fire them for not selling enough phones during a pandemic. Yes lets try and talk that Iphone 11 customer into a low tier cheap Samsung phone because its cheap out the door. Forget qualifying them. Also system is so bad you will lose customers just waiting for it to process. Its also not guarenteed they will get the phone they actually want. The system wont allow for it. Not the place to sell high end phones at all. Not the place to work if you have a family either.
