Pros

-paid for mileage but only after a certain number of miles -don’t have to talk to any customers

Cons

-low pay compared to other merchandising jobs (regular merchandisers only get paid around 14 dollars an hour) - they don’t pay for time driving to those locations just time for being at the location -jobs are always different and can be very difficult with not much instruction -you are required to do a lot of cooler resets which can take 3-6 hours -managers can micromanage a lot of the time

Pros

Premium offers the best company culture where you don't feel like a number at some larger corporation but more like family. They go out of their way to take care of their employees in the office and out in the field. They have their own culture team that meets regularly to set up fun company wide events and contests which everyone is eligible to participate. Their commitment to their employees extends all the way to their clients, which is why Premium has more long standing clients who continue to do business with them year after year than any other agency.

Cons

There are no cons when it comes to working for Premium Retail Services.
