      No work-life balance and no room for advancement unless you are a "good ole boy" that knows the regional

      Overworked, underpayed, no family/work/life balance ,poor management, inconsistent hours, false and cheap bonuses($10)

      Pros

      Work is consistent, easy, no hard labor, most of the people are friendly

      Cons

      When something happens don’t expect premium to back you up. The hours while mostly consistent can vary widely. I have worked 21 hours a week but I’ve also worked 60+ a week. They demand a lot but return very little.
