Pros

Innovative company that uses real data to improve the retail experience for customers. Wireless program includes all carriers, so there is no reason not to sell the right solution to the customer. Great culture and inclusive approach to everything.

Cons

Retail hours are long and Walmart employees aren't always welcoming or nice to Premium employees.

Pros

The flexibility to set and change your own schedule is unlike anywhere else! It’s such a great job to supplement with other things in life and no weekends!

Cons

Zero management support. You ask for help with things or training you need to complete your job and you either don’t receive a response or are told to just deal with it and figure it out. You have to beg and plead for anything. You aren’t listened to when you tell management what the retail clients are asking for and need. Management is spread too thin to give any real support to anyone in the field, at least in the area I worked in.
