Pros

The pros to this company are the flexibility in the schedule and the benefits.

Cons

Communication is awful amongst programs. employers and employees and the opportunity for advancement is minimal. The pay is HORRIBLE considering what the job descriptions are and the amount and effort of time you put into your position. The HR department is not supportive of the employees needs. there is no opportunity for buy-back for benefits- the benefits are VERY expensive through Pressley Ridge. There is a program that employees can put money into for disasters and needs of the families that pressley ridge benefits but in the event of a fire, emergency need of an employee- they can not access this money for assistance of their own families.
